We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers, handling enquiries, explaining products/services, and following up with potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to customers and potential leads.
- Handle customer enquiries and provide accurate information.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Generate and update customer details and call records.
- Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into customers.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude during calls.

Requirements:

- Positive communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Previous telecalling or customer service experience is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Work Location: On the road
