? Experience: 4–8 years (Only)
? Location: Bangalore ( Bellandur / Marathahalli)
? Work Mode: Hybrid
? Key Responsibilities
- Source relevant profiles for core IT requirements.
- Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn, job portals and other channels.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and clients.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of requirements.
- Take complete ownership of assigned requirements and drive submissions proactively.
? What We’re Looking For
✔ Min 3 year of Strong experience in IT sourcing and candidate screening skills
✔ Clear understanding of IT roles, JD's and recruitment processes
✔ Target-oriented mindset with a focus on quality submissions
✔ Robust Communication and candidate engagement skills.
✔ Mandatory - 3 days - WFO
