About Career Vita

Career Vita is looking for a driven and results-oriented Technical Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical hiring, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify and engage high-quality technology talent.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions, from sourcing to onboarding.

Understand job requirements and work closely with hiring managers to define candidate profiles.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, and other channels.

Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, and role fit.

Conduct initial candidate interviews and coordinate technical/managerial interview rounds.

Maintain an active pipeline of qualified technical candidates.

Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Negotiate compensation and support candidates through the offer and joining process.

Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers.

Meet individual and team-wise hiring targets within defined timelines.

Stay updated on current technology roles,



skill requirements, talent availability, and market trends.

Requirements

3–5 years of experience in technical recruitment/IT recruitment.

Good understanding of technical roles such as Software Developer, QA, DevOps, Data, Cloud, Support, and other IT positions.

Experience using LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, and other sourcing platforms.

Robust candidate sourcing and screening skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication.

Good negotiation, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Target-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

A personal laptop/desktop and reliable internet connection are required due to the BYOD work model.
