Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated Technical Recruiter – Data Engineering with 3 to 4 years of experience in IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should possess strong sourcing capabilities, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience in hiring for Data Engineering and other IT-related positions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Data Engineering and IT-related positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri Portal, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical and business requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified technology professionals.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless hiring experience.




- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Stay updated on current market trends and technology hiring demands.

Required Skills

- 3 to 4 years of experience in IT Recruitment.
- Robust expertise in using the Naukri Portal for sourcing and hiring.
- Good understanding of Data Engineering and IT skill sets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong profile-searching and candidate engagement capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
