Technical Project Manager (TPM) – Hyderabad

Quest Global is looking for experienced Technical Project Managers to lead and deliver complex technology and engineering projects within Data Engineering / AI/ML .

Location: Hyderabad – Work from Office

Experience: 12+ years overall | 5+ years in Technical Delivery Management

Education: BE/BTech in Computer Science, IT or related discipline

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end project planning, execution, tracking, governance and delivery.
- Manage project scope, schedules, milestones, dependencies, resources and deliverables.
- Drive risk, issue, dependency, escalation and mitigation management.
- Coordinate with Architects, Developers, QA, DevOps, Business Analysts and Technical Leads.
- Manage onshore/offshore teams, customers and senior stakeholders.
- Conduct project reviews, status meetings, technical discussions and governance meetings.
- Ensure delivery against agreed scope, schedule, quality and customer expectations.
- Resolve technical blockers and cross-functional dependencies.
- Drive continuous improvement and delivery excellence.

Required Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of Software Development and Engineering Lifecycle.
- Experience managing Application Development, Engineering, Digital, Cloud, Data or AI/ML projects.
- Understanding of Software Architecture, APIs, Databases, Cloud Platforms, DevOps, CI/CD and Testing.




- Ability to understand technical discussions and effectively coordinate with engineering teams.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and traditional project management methodologies.
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence or equivalent project management tools.

- Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, difficult conversations, competing priorities and delivery escalations.

Good to Have
- Experience with Azure, AWS or GCP.
- Experience working with global customers and onshore/offshore delivery models.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects or workstreams.
- Experience in Engineering Services or Product Engineering organizations.
- Agile Scrum Master certification is an advantage but not mandatory.
