Key Responsibilities

- Manage ERP projects from planning and discovery to go-live and handover.

- Manage scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.

- Lead ERP implementation, transformation, migration, integration, UAT, and go-live activities.

- Coordinate functional consultants, developers, QA, DevOps, integration teams, and customers.

- Conduct project kick-offs, requirement meetings, status meetings, UAT reviews, and go-live readiness meetings.

- Manage third-party integrations, APIs, middleware, and data migration.

- Drive SIT/UAT, defect resolution, cut over, go-live, and hyper care.

- Handle customer escalations and provide leadership during critical project phases.

- Maintain project plans, RAID logs, status reports, action trackers, and delivery dashboards.

- Support presales with project estimation, implementation approach, timelines, and resource planning.

Must-Have Requirements

- 8+ years of IT/ERP project delivery experience.





- Proven experience managing multiple end-to-end ERP implementations.

- Must have handled at least one production go-live.

- Robust experience with ERP implementation, migration, integration, UAT, and post-go-live support.

- Experience managing customers and cross-functional technical/functional teams.

- Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Oracle ERP, Odoo, ERP Next, or equivalent.

- Understanding of business processes, APIs, integrations, data migration, environments, and deployments.

- Strong stakeholder management and escalation-handling skills.

- Excellent written and spoken English.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
