Job Summary

We are looking for a technically sound and proactive Technical Project Coordinator to act as a bridge between clients, the internal IT team, vendors, and the Project Manager.

The candidate will understand technical issues reported by clients, gather the required information, coordinate with the IT team for resolution, follow up on pending issues, manage vendor communication, and support the smooth execution of projects and AI-based healthcare technology implementations.

The ideal candidate should have a technical educational background, good communication skills, basic troubleshooting knowledge, and an understanding of AI tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Client Technical Coordination: Understand technical glitches, software issues, and implementation-related concerns reported by clients.
- IT Team Coordination: Document issues clearly and communicate them to the internal IT/development team for investigation and resolution.
- Issue Tracking & Follow-up: Maintain issue logs, track progress, follow up on pending tickets, and ensure timely updates to clients and management.
- Client-Site Support: Visit client locations whenever required to understand technical issues, assist with implementation, and coordinate on-site resolution.
- Vendor Management:



Coordinate with external vendors for technical support, installations, system maintenance, and issue resolution.
- Project Manager Support: Assist the Project Manager with project tracking, task follow-ups, progress reports, documentation, and implementation schedules.
- Technical Documentation: Maintain records of reported issues, resolutions, meeting notes, project updates, and client feedback.
- AI Tools & Technology: Use AI tools to improve documentation, reporting, communication, and day-to-day coordination.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with the IT, product, implementation, and operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Client Communication: Provide regular status updates and ensure that client concerns are communicated accurately to the concerned teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field; BCA candidates are also eligible.
- 1–2 years of experience in technical coordination, IT support, technical implementation, or project coordination.
- Basic understanding of software applications, computer systems, networking, and technical troubleshooting.
- Valuable knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar AI-powered productivity tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to understand technical problems and explain them clearly to both clients and internal technical teams.
- Good coordination, follow-up, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Google Workspace, or similar productivity tools.
- Willingness to travel to client locations within the city or as required for project work.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
