Tilte - Technical PM - Enterprise Application and Functional Delivery Lead

Shift - 3 PM to 11 PM IST

Role Summary The Enterprise Applications & Functional Delivery Lead is responsible for managing business-facing technology workstreams and ensuring successful delivery of ERP and enterprise application capabilities.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of application-related workstreams.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities across IT, business stakeholders, system integrators, and vendors.
- Manage integrated project plans, RAID logs, dependencies, and status reporting.
- Facilitate design, testing, cutover, and deployment readiness activities.
- Escalate risks and drive issue resolution across impacted business functions.
- Ensure workstream alignment with overall IMO governance, milestones, and transformation objectives.

Systems and Integrations Supported

- ERP platform implementation.
- Finance,



Procurement, HR, Payroll, and Project Systems.
- Enterprise reporting and analytics solutions.
- SaaS applications requiring ERP integration.
- Legacy application rationalization and retirement activities.

Required Tools, Platforms, and Technologies

- SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Fusion, Dynamics 365, or similar.
- Azure DevOps, Jira, ServiceNow.
- Microsoft Project / Project for the Web.
- Power BI.
- MuleSoft, Boomi, Azure Integration Services, Informatica.

Desired Experience

- Senior-level Technical Project Manager.
- 8–12+ years of project delivery experience.
- 3–5+ years leading enterprise transformation initiatives.

Preferred Certifications

- PMP.
- Secure, Scrum Master, PMI-ACP.
- ERP implementation and digital transformation experience.
