Role & responsibilities
- Conduct technical appraisal and property valuation for residential and commercial properties.
- Verify property-related approvals, legal documents, and technical documentation.
- Assess property market value, construction quality, and project feasibility.
- Prepare detailed valuation reports and technical assessment reports.
- Coordinate with business, credit, and legal teams for property evaluation requirements.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
Preferred candidate profile
- Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Property Valuation.
- Preferred Industry Background: Banks, Housing Finance Companies (HFCs), NBFCs, Valuation Firms, or Real Estate Consulting Companies.
