Job SummaryWe are seeking a Functional Tester with strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to validate end-to-end business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service, and related integrations. The candidate will be responsible for test planning, test case creation, execution, defect management, and supporting UAT activities to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows.
- Create and execute functional, integration, regression, and UAT test scenarios.
- Validate end-to-end business processes in Dynamics 365.
- Prepare test cases, test scripts, test data, and traceability matrices.
- Identify, log, track, and verify defects using Azure DevOps or other ALM tools.
- Collaborate with Functional Consultants, Business Users, and Development teams.
- Conduct integration testing with external systems, interfaces, and third-party applications.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and business sign-off activities.
- Validate security roles, workflows, approvals, and business rules.
- Prepare test summary reports and quality metrics.

Required Skills
- 4+ years of Functional Testing experience.




- 2+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 testing experience.
- Robust understanding of business process testing and defect lifecycle management.
- Experience in preparing test scenarios, test cases, and execution reports.
- Working knowledge of Azure DevOps/Test Plans.
- Experience in SIT, UAT, Regression, and End-to-End testing.
- Excellent analytical and stakeholder communication skills.

Preferred D365 Functional AreasExperience in one or more of the following:
- Dynamics 365 Sales
- Dynamics 365 Customer Service
- Dynamics 365 Field Service

Preferred Qualifications
- Dynamics 365 Functional Certification (preferred).
- Experience in CRM implementation projects.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
- Knowledge of integration testing involving APIs, Power Platform, and Microsoft ecosystem solutions.
