Role Title: Technical Lead / Senior Technical Lead (Java)

Location / Work Model: Noida (Sector 144) | Hybrid (2 days from office)

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and support a team of Java developers, fostering technical excellence and innovation.
- Design, develop, and implement robust, scalable Java applications and microservices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
- Drive code quality through code reviews, best practices, testing, documentation, and performance optimisation.

Core Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Java development, including hands-on leadership responsibilities.
- Solid expertise in Spring Boot, RESTful APIs,



microservices architecture, Spring Security, and Spring Data JPA.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, unit testing (JUnit), SQL, ORM technologies, and Git.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have
- Experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Exposure to HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
