Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Design and develop robust microservices-based applications and RESTful APIs.
- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
- Define application architecture, design patterns, coding standards, and best practices.
- Develop secure and high-performance applications using Core Java and Java 8/11/17.
- Work extensively with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Spring Data JPA.
- Collaborate with frontend teams and contribute to applications built using Angular 8 .
- Design and implement integrations using RESTful APIs and messaging platforms.
- Work with cloud services and deploy applications on AWS.
- Develop and maintain database solutions using both SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Implement asynchronous and event-driven solutions using Kafka, RabbitMQ, or JMS.
- Containerize applications using Docker and manage deployments using Kubernetes.
- Work closely with DevOps teams to establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
- Monitor application health, performance, availability, and scalability using appropriate tools and AWS services.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding, security, and engineering best practices.
- Identify technical risks and provide effective solutions to complex technical challenges.
- Mentor and coach junior and senior developers, helping them improve their technical capabilities.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, QA teams, DevOps engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Participate in technical discussions, architecture reviews, sprint planning,



and other Agile ceremonies.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software while maintaining performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.

Required Technical Skills :

Java &

- Backend Development :
- Strong hands-on experience with Java 8/11/17.
- Excellent understanding of Core Java concepts (OOP, Collections, Multithreading, Concurrency, Exception handling, Generics, Streams, Lambda expressions, JVM fundamentals).
- Strong experience in developing enterprise applications using Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Spring Data JPA.
- Hands-on experience with Hibernate/JPA.
- Robust understanding of application security, authentication, authorization, and API security.

Microservices &

- API Development :
- Strong knowledge of Microservices Architecture, distributed systems, and RESTful API design.
- Understanding of API versioning, fault tolerance, and scalability.

Frontend :

- Hands-on experience with Angular 8 or higher.
- Experience integrating Angular applications with RESTful backend services.

AWS / Cloud :

- Strong hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, API Gateway, IAM).

Databases :

- Strong proficiency in SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB, Cassandra).

Messaging &

- Event-Driven Architecture :
- Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, or JMS.

Containers &

- DevOps :
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) and Git.

Leadership &

- Soft Skills :
- Strong technical leadership, mentoring, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage stakeholders and work with cross-functional teams.
- Strong ownership and accountability for technical deliverables.
