About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Lead to drive the development of scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with leadership capabilities, guiding a team of developers while actively contributing to architecture, design, and development.The candidate should have extensive experience in Node.js, NestJS, React.js, Next.js, MongoDB, MySQL, and AWS, along with a proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade applications.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Full Stack Developers.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.

- Drive engineering best practices and technical excellence.

- Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and project execution.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and deliver technical solutions.

Full Stack Development

- Design and develop scalable web applications using React.js and Next.js.

- Build robust backend services using Node.js and NestJS.

- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.

- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

System Design &

- Architecture

- Design scalable and secure application architectures.

- Implement microservices and distributed systems.

- Define database schemas and API contracts.

- Ensure application scalability, reliability, and maintainability.

Database &

- Cloud Management





- Design and optimize MongoDB and MySQL databases.

- Manage application deployments on AWS.

- Collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines.

- Monitor and improve system performance and security.

Collaboration &

- Stakeholder Management

- Work closely with Product Managers, QA teams, and Business stakeholders.

- Translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Provide technical guidance during project planning and execution.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 7-10 years of software development experience.

- Minimum 2 years experience leading development teams.

- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
