Honeybee Tech Solutions is hiring an experienced Technical / Sr. Technical Lead – Java for our reputed client GSLAB.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced hands-on Java Technical Lead who can lead and mentor a Java development team while actively contributing to programming, coding, architecture, and delivery of robust and scalable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of Java developers, providing technical guidance and support

Design, develop, and implement robust and scalable Java applications

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope

Ensure adherence to software development best practices, code quality, testing, and documentation

Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with coding standards

Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions

Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the development team

Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in Java and related technologies

Required Skills & Qualifications

B.Tech / B.E. degree in any stream or Computer Science Engineering

Strong experience with Core Spring Boot, including:

- Auto-configuration
- Dependency Injection
- Embedded Servers

Working knowledge of Spring Boot frameworks such as:
- Spring Security
- Spring Data JPA
- Caching

Strong experience in RESTful API development Experience with Microservices Architecture

Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)

Knowledge of Design Patterns and software development best practices

Experience with JUnit / Unit Testing and writing clean, maintainable tests

Experience identifying and resolving Java application performance issues

Proven technical leadership experience in a software development environment

Strong knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL, and ORM technologies

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex technical challenges

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Familiarity with Git / Version Control Systems
