About The Role

We're looking out for Technical Customer Support Representatives for one of our clients in the Vivint Process which supports International Customers of Vivint Smart Home, a leading US-based smart home security and automation company. The role involves providing technical assistance and troubleshooting support for smart home and networking-related products.

Position Specific Information

- Designation: Technical Customer Support Executive

- Location: Gurgaon, Sector 30

- Onsite Work

- Notice Period: Immediate Joiners - Preferred

Job Requirements

- A minimum of 6 months of experience is required in Technical Customer Support.

- Good knowledge of Networking, Remote Troubleshooting, and Wi-Fi-related issues.

Majors

- Handle international customer queries through voice/chat

- Troubleshoot Wi-Fi,



LAN/WAN, routers, modems, smart devices, and networking issues

- Provide effective resolutions and maintain accurate customer records

- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution

- 90% Technical Support + 10% Upselling

Compensation & Benefits
