Responsibilities:

- Professional experience in a software, SaaS, eCommerce, or technology company.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with confidence in handling client discussions.
- Prior experience working on client-facing projects and coordinating directly with clients or client technical teams.
- Ability to understand client requirements and convert them into clear, actionable technical tasks.
- Good understanding of APIs, integrations, web technologies, product/catalogue data, and basic troubleshooting.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with Development, QA, Product, Support, and Implementation teams.
- Strong ownership of tasks, including proactive follow-ups, dependency tracking, blocker identification, and closure.




- Comfortable managing multiple client projects, technical issues, and implementation activities simultaneously.
- Willingness to handle routine, repetitive, and sometimes monotonous operational work while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to investigate issues before escalating them to the development team.
