- Provide exceptional customer support through phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve customer queries and concerns.

- Handle international voice process calls with a focus on providing accurate information and resolving issues promptly.

- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.

Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-1 year of experience in BPO industry (voice process).

- Excellent communication skills in English language

- Ability to work adaptable shifts including night shifts.
