Job Profile:

- Liaising with Banks, NBFCsand Financial Institutions for raising loans, optimizing funding arrangementsand managing relationships.
- MISs preparation for management,to identify changes, top-up / top-down requirements etc.
- Ensuring optimum securitymargin levels, monitoring its payouts, Put Call, Interest resets etc.
- Documentation handling,executions, charge filings etc., ensuring compliance for all active loans,covenants etc. and timelysubmission of regulatory reports and filings.
- Post sanction monitoringof loan compliances and covenants of loans.
- Analyzing financialperformance, valuation reports and providing insights to management.
- Coordination and closures withtrustees, rating agencies, monitoring compliance with RBI, FEMA and otherregulatory requirements
- Havinga basic knowledge of income tax, GST and Corporate law




- Cash flow management andallocations of funds to optimize liquidity

EducationProfile (Include years areas of experience): CA or MBA
