Job Profile

- Liaising with Banks, NBFCs and Financial Institutions for raising loans, optimizing funding arrangements and managing relationships.

- MIS’s preparation for management, to identify changes, top-up / top-down requirements etc.

- Ensuring optimum security margin levels, monitoring its payouts, Put – Call, Interest resets etc.

- Documentation handling, executions, charge filings etc., ensuring compliance for all active loans, covenants etc. and timely submission of regulatory reports and filings.

- Post sanction monitoring of loan compliances and covenants of loans.

- Analyzing financial performance, valuation reports and providing insights to management.

- Coordination and closures with trustees, rating agencies, monitoring compliance with RBI, FEMA and other regulatory requirements

- Having a basic knowledge of income tax, GST and Corporate law

- Cash flow management and allocations of funds to optimize liquidity
