Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Team Leader to lead and manage our Car Sales Team. The Team Leader will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing leads, guiding Sales Executives, improving conversion rates, and ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, motivate and manage a team of Car Sales Executives.
- Set daily, weekly and monthly sales objectives for the team.
- Ensure achievement of assigned monthly vehicle sales targets.
- Monitor individual team member performance and provide regular guidance and support.
- Allocate and monitor customer leads among Sales Executives.
- Ensure timely follow-up of all enquiries, prospects and pending bookings.
- Monitor test drives, bookings, retail conversions and delivery pipeline.
- Support Sales Executives in handling important customers and difficult negotiations.
- Assist the team in explaining vehicle features, variants, pricing, finance, insurance and exchange options.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews.
- Identify gaps in team performance and implement corrective action.
- Monitor CRM/DMS updates and ensure proper lead management.
- Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, Exchange, Delivery and other departments for smooth sales operations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and generate repeat/referral business.
- Participate in outdoor marketing activities, roadshows, customer meets and promotional campaigns.
- Keep the team updated about new Hyundai models, product features, offers, schemes and competitor activities.
- Prepare and submit sales performance reports to the Sales Manager/Management.




- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company sales processes.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and professional showroom practices.

Candidate Profile
- Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma / Plus Two.
- Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of experience in automobile sales or a similar sales environment. Team handling experience will be preferred.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Strong knowledge of automobile sales processes.
- Target-oriented and performance-driven approach.
- Positive customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM/DMS and MS Office.
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel for sales activities preferred.
- Candidates with experience in Hyundai or other automobile dealerships will be preferred.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
