Job Role: Team Leader – Operations Experience: Relevant experience in International Retail Banking – US/UK

Budget: Up to ₹10 LPA

Education: Graduate mandatory

Key Requirement

- Must have relevant Retail Banking experience for US/UK processes.
- Candidates from Voice / Chat / Back Office operations can be considered.
- Strong team-handling and operational management experience preferred.
- Candidates handling NRK customers for Indian banking processes will NOT be considered.

1. SME – Operations

Job Role: SME – Operations Experience: Relevant experience in International Retail Banking – US/UK

Budget: Up to ₹8 LPA

Joining: Immediate Joiners preferred; maximum 30 days’ notice period (negotiable)

Versant Score: 65+

Education:



Graduate mandatory

Key Requirement

- Must have relevant Retail Banking experience for US/UK processes.
- Candidates from Voice / Chat / Back Office operations can be considered.
- Strong process/domain knowledge is required.
- Candidates handling NRK customers for Indian banking processes will NOT be considered.

Interview Process Candidates who are able to visit the office can be directly aligned for interview after completing registration from both sides on Wednesday and Friday.
