We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Team Leader to manage and drive sales for Personal Loan (PL) and Business Loan (BL) products.

Mandatory Requirement – Existing Team

Candidates must have an existing and experienced PL/BL sales team and must be able to join along with their team.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience in leading a sales team, achieving business targets, managing leads, and driving consistent team performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Sales Executives.
- Drive monthly sales, login, and disbursement targets for PL/BL products.
- Monitor daily team performance and ensure achievement of targets.
- Manage lead allocation, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Train and guide team members to improve sales performance.
- Track individual and team productivity through regular performance reports.
- Identify performance gaps and implement strategies to improve conversions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and timely disbursement.
- Maintain strong relationships with team members and ensure a productive work environment.

Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Team Leader in Personal Loan, Business Loan,



Banking Sales, or a related financial services role.
- Solid knowledge of PL/BL sales processes and lead conversion.
- Proven experience in managing and achieving sales targets through a team.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and team-management skills.
- Ability to handle a target-driven and fast-paced sales environment.
- Good understanding of sales reporting and performance tracking.
