Job Purpose

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Sales Coordinator Team Leader to oversee sales coordination activities, support the field sales team, monitor daily operations, and ensure seamless coordination between the Sales, Operations, Customer Service, and other internal departments. The role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and excellent organizational skills to drive operational efficiency and achieve business objectives.

Education & Experience

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 3 to 6 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Operations, Customer Coordination, or a similar role.
- Prior experience in leading, mentoring, or supervising a team will be preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent team management and cross-functional coordination abilities.
- Robust follow-up, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.




- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and CRM/ERP/Zoho systems.
- Ability to prepare, analyze, and present MIS reports effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy.
- Customer-focused approach with the ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of driving tasks to completion with minimal supervision.
