Role & responsibilities
- Procurement of CAPEX equipment, engineering items and spares.
- Procurement and processing of service orders/contracts.
- Vendor identification, development and commercial evaluation.
- Floating RFQs, preparing comparative statements and negotiating with vendors.
- Finalization of prices, commercial terms, delivery schedules and contracts.
- Coordination with Engineering/Projects/Maintenance teams for technical and procurement requirements.
- Monitoring timely supply and execution of orders/contracts.
- Driving cost optimization and ensuring adherence to procurement policies.
Preferred candidate profile Relevant experience in CAPEX procurement, Engineering Purchase, equipment, spares and service contracts, preferably in a manufacturing/process industry.
