Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline
- Prior experience as a Team Leader in an International Voice Process
- Experience managing a team of approximately 25 members
- Strong communication and people-management skills
- Valuable knowledge of
SLA Management
- Shrinkage
- Attrition
- Productivity and Performance Management
- Ability to handle team escalations and drive operational performance
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and motivate a team of customer service executives
- Monitor and improve team performance against business targets
- Drive CSAT, SLA,
productivity, shrinkage, and attrition metrics
- Conduct coaching and performance feedback sessions
- Ensure adherence to process and quality standards
- Handle customer and operational escalations effectively
