Functional Tax Analyst – Spanish Payroll

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 2+ Years

We are looking for a Functional Tax Analyst with strong experience in Spanish Payroll and Taxation .

Key Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in Payroll Tax / Spanish Payroll .
- Strong knowledge of Spain Payroll, IRPF, Social Security, and statutory requirements .
- Experience in payroll tax calculation, validation, reconciliation, and reporting .
- Good understanding of Spanish tax regulations and payroll processes .
- Ability to analyze payroll/tax issues and provide functional solutions.
- Experience gathering requirements and working with business and technical teams .
- Exposure to payroll systems, configuration, testing, UAT, and implementation .
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Spanish Payroll experience is mandatory.
