– TALLY ACCOUNTANT

Position: Tally Accountant

Experience: 1–3 Years

Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹35,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Tally Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, GST-related activities, financial records, and documentation. The ideal candidate should have practical experience using Tally ERP 9 or TallyPrime.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally.
- Handle sales, purchase, payment, receipt, journal, and contra entries.
- Prepare and maintain sales and purchase invoices.
- Manage GST entries, input tax credit (ITC), and GST reconciliation.
- Assist with GST return preparation and filing, including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.
- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain bank records.
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Track customer outstanding payments and supplier dues.
- Maintain petty cash, expense records, and supporting documents.
- Assist with monthly closing, ledger scrutiny, and financial reports.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, suppliers, and customers when required.




- Maintain proper accounting documentation and ensure data accuracy.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- B.Com or equivalent qualification in Commerce/Accounting preferred.
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Tally ERP 9 or TallyPrime.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing, and basic accounting principles.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Experience in bank reconciliation and ledger management.
- Good attention to detail and time-management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate
- Experience in a manufacturing, engineering, or trading company is an advantage.
- Knowledge of inventory accounting, stock entries, and purchase order tracking is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with internal departments.

Salary & Benefits
- Monthly salary: ₹22,000–₹35,000, depending on experience and skills.
- Full time employment.
- Salary will be finalized based on the candidate's practical accounting knowledge and interview performance.
