About the Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who is passionate about recruitment and enjoys connecting with people. This role is ideal for someone starting their career in Talent Acquisition and looking to build strong hands-on experience across the complete hiring cycle. You will work closely with the business teams to understand hiring requirements, identify suitable candidates, manage recruitment pipelines, and ensure a smooth candidate experience from initial outreach to joining.

What You’ll Do

- Candidates should possess skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting to manage the entire hiring process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Candidates should possess skills in Interviewing and Hiring to effectively assess candidates and support strong selection decisions.
- Candidates should possess skills in Employer Branding to promote YourDOST’s culture and attract high-quality talent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment tools, and social media platforms for talent sourcing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple requisitions, and meet hiring timelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field; prior experience in talent acquisition or HR is preferred.
- Interest in mental health and emotional wellness, and alignment with YourDOST’s mission to support individuals’ well-being.

What We’re Looking For

- 0–1 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or HR. Recent graduates and freshers with relevant internship experience can apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organisational and follow-up skills.




- Comfort with Microsoft Office, Excel, and Google Sheets; some experience with data management
- Basic understanding of sourcing and recruitment processes.
- Familiarity with job portals and sourcing channels.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Psychology / HR / Business background is a plus.

Work Mode: Onsite

Working Days: 5 days a week

Working Hours: 9 hours a day
