Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding of candidates.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and preferences.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services, including C2H (Contract-to-Hire) arrangements.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify top talent for open positions.
Job Requirements :
- 3-7 years' experience in Talent Acquisition or related field.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, including contract hiring.
- Excellent communication skills for building solid client relationships.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
