- Experience in portal sourcing and candidate identification through various recruitment channels.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with effective candidate and stakeholder management.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and prioritize hiring requirements effectively.
- Positive understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Experience in handling positions across all levels Junior, Mid-Level, Senior, and Leadership positions.
