Manage end-to-end hiring for our clients and internal teams.
What You'll Do
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interviews with clients and hiring managers
- Follow up with candidates until joining
- Maintain hiring reports and candidate data
What We Need
- Graduate in any field
- Positive communication skills
- Knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals
- Comfortable with hiring targets
