About the Role

Gopalan Enterprises is looking for an experienced Recruitment Executive / Talent Acquisition Executive with around 2-4 years of experience in Real Estate and Construction recruitment.

The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment across technical, project, sales, and corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Handle recruitment for Real Estate & Construction roles including Civil, MEP, QA/QC, Architects, QS, Project Management, Sales, Leasing, and Corporate functions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, and recruitment networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and business teams.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
- Handle salary discussions and support offer negotiations.
- Ensure timely joining and smooth onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, hiring reports,



and candidate databases.
- Build a robust talent pool for current and future requirements.

Desired Skills

- 3 years of relevant experience in Real Estate / Construction recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of technical and non-technical hiring.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, job portals, and Boolean search.
- Good understanding of construction and real estate profiles.
- Strong sourcing, screening, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and deadlines.

Education MBA / PGDM / Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Candidate Candidates with experience in Real Estate, Construction, Infrastructure, Property Development, or Engineering recruitment will be preferred.
