About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment activities across various functions. The role involves identifying talent, sourcing candidates, conducting initial screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closure of manpower requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities.

- Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with department heads for timely closures.

- Prepare and finalize Job Descriptions in coordination with stakeholders.

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, consultants, databases, and other recruitment channels.

- Assess candidates based on skills, experience, communication, and role suitability.

- Coordinate technical, managerial, and final-round interviews.

- Maintain regular follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

- Ensure timely joining and maintain a healthy candidate pipeline.

- Support onboarding, documentation, and induction activities.

- Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, dashboards, and hiring reports.





- Develop and maintain a strong talent pool for current and future requirements.

- Support HR General Administration and other HR activities as required.

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong knowledge of Talent Acquisition and end-to-end recruitment processes.

- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and recruitment databases.

- Solid candidate sourcing and networking skills.

- Excellent interviewing and candidate evaluation skills.

- Strong communication, negotiation, coordination, and follow-up skills.

- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment targets.

- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Experience:

- 3 to 6 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.

- Experience in handling multiple positions and mid-level hiring.

- Exposure to manufacturing / corporate / service industry preferred.

Experience in both white-collar and blue-collar recruitment will be an added advantage.
