Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn & referrals.
- Conduct initial candidate calls and interview coordination.
- Understand JDs and identify suitable profiles.
- Maintain candidate trackers and recruitment reports.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment/HR.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to learn and upskill in Talent Acquisition.
