Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for sales hiring, including sourcing candidates through various channels such as social media, job boards, employee referrals, etc.
- Conduct initial screening calls with potential candidates to assess their suitability for the role.
- Ensure timely communication with both internal and external parties throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop job descriptions, job postings, and interview schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, applications received, and offers extended.
