Role Description The Talent Acquisition Manager at Pregrad is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end hiring processes, including defining role requirements with stakeholders, sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, and overseeing offer negotiations.

The Talent Acquisition

Manager will develop and execute recruitment strategies, build strong talent pipelines, and maintain relationships with universities, communities, and professional networks. Day-to-day tasks include improving employer branding, tracking hiring metrics, ensuring a positive candidate experience,



and collaborating closely with leadership and hiring managers to meet evolving talent needs. The role also involves contributing to continuous improvement of hiring processes and supporting workforce planning initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, covering sourcing, screening, selection, and onboarding.
- Experience with Interviewing and Hiring, including structured interviews, assessment methods, and offer management.
- Ability to drive Employer Branding initiatives to enhance visibility, reputation, and candidate engagement.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in quick-growing startups or education/career-focused organizations.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida and collaborate in a dynamic, high-performance environment.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with familiarity in using ATS and recruitment analytics tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field; relevant certifications are an advantage.
