Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

•Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake to offer negotiation.

•Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce planning and hiring requirements.

•Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract diverse and high-quality talent.

•Source candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, employee referrals, and direct sourcing techniques.

•Conduct candidate screening, assessments, and interview coordination.

•Facilitate interview debriefs and provide hiring recommendations based on competency and cultural fit.

Stakeholder Management

•Build strong partnerships with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR teams.

•Serve as a trusted advisor on market trends, talent availability, and hiring best practices.

•Provide regular updates and insights on recruitment progress, hiring challenges, and pipeline status.

Candidate Experience

•Ensure a positive and professional candidate journey throughout the recruitment process.

•Communicate proactively with candidates regarding application status and feedback.

•Manages offer discussions and support onboarding activities.

Recruitment Analytics & Reporting





•Monitor key recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates, source effectiveness, and diversity hiring.

•Maintain accurate candidate and hiring data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

•Prepare and present recruitment reports and insights to stakeholders.

Employer Branding

•Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen the organization's market presence.

•Participate in recruitment events, career fairs, networking forums, and campus hiring programs as required.

What we are looking for

•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

•3-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in a corporate or multinational environment.

•Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment across various functions and levels.

•Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.

•Experience using ATS platforms and recruitment technologies.

•Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

•Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Location: Bangalore

Mode of employment: Contract – 6 Months (Extension based on Performance)
