The Role

- Design and execute a company-wide Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives and future workforce planning.
- Develop structured hiring roadmaps and execution mechanisms to support rapid organizational growth.
- Serve as a strategic talent partner to leadership, including Founders, CXOs, and Business Leaders.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for specialized technology roles (e.g., AI/ML, Robotics, Engineering) and business functions (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Finance).
- Build and implement scalable hiring processes, frameworks, and documentation systems to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Drive data-driven recruitment initiatives to enhance key hiring metrics and improve overall hiring effectiveness.

What You'll Need

- 7–12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition,



with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven experience scaling hiring within high-growth technology and product organizations.
- Robust understanding of technical hiring domains, including AI/ML, Robotics, Engineering, and Cybersecurity.
- Demonstrated ability to build recruitment processes, frameworks, and lead Talent Acquisition teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Experience utilizing hiring dashboards, ATS systems, and recruitment analytics for data-driven decision-making.
