We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to the end-to-end recruitment process, stakeholder management, candidate engagement, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the Talent Acquisition team in end-to-end recruitment activities across various functions.

- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.

- Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers for interviews and selection processes.

- Maintain and update candidate trackers, recruitment MIS, and hiring dashboards.

- Support in preparing and sharing job descriptions and hiring communications.

- Assist with candidate documentation, offer processes, and pre-joining formalities.

- Coordinate with candidates to ensure a smooth candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.





- Support the team in market mapping and talent research for critical and niche positions.

- Assist in various Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives such as employer branding, campus hiring, and process improvement.

What Were Looking For

- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.

- Solid attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

- Proactive, organised, and eager to learn.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

- Prior exposure to recruitment or HR through coursework, projects, or internships would be an added advantag
