The TA Intern will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team and gain hands-on exposure to recruitment processes, market research, compensation benchmarking, and HR analytics.
Key Responsibilities :
Support the Compensation Benchmarking project through market research and data analysis.
Conduct research on industry compensation trends across various roles and experience levels.
Assist in collecting, analysing and maintaining compensation data.
Support the TA team in end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening and coordinating interviews.
Assist with candidate communication and interview scheduling.
Prepare and maintain recruitment trackers, MIS and dashboards.
Support the team in other TA projects and HR initiatives as required.
