Role Overview

We’re looking for an energetic Recruiter to support our end-to-end hiring and candidate placement efforts, with a strong focus on sourcing and screening. You’ll work closely with our operations and business teams to build a steady pipeline of quality candidates for our client and partner companies.

Work Mode

This role is remote to begin with, and will move to on-site at our Hyderabad office in the future. Candidates should be open to relocating or commuting to Hyderabad when the on-site transition happens.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand job requirements from hiring managers and clients and create clear, attractive job postings
- Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, social media, and internal databases
- Conduct Boolean searches and proactive outreach via calls, emails, and messages
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video screening to assess skills, experience, communication, and role fit
- Shortlist and coordinate candidates for interviews and assessments
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers (Google Sheets/Excel/ATS)
- Follow up with candidates through the hiring process for a smooth candidate experience
- Track hiring metrics such as sourcing numbers, screening-to-shortlist ratio, and time-to-fill




- Support employer branding and hiring campaigns, including job posts on social platforms

Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR, or a related field (freshers with internship experience are welcome)
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR or Marketing is a plus)
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or Telugu
- Good understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and sourcing techniques
- Comfortable with cold calling, follow-ups, and handling high-volume screening
- Working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and MS Office/Google Workspace
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work
- Good organisation, time management, and attention to detail

Good to Have
- Hands-on experience with job portals such as Indeed, Naukri, or LinkedIn Recruiter
- Exposure to hiring for IT, non-IT, or entry-level roles
- Familiarity with ATS tools
- Interest in AI-driven HR and recruitment tools
