Responsibilities

Own end-to-end leadership hiring mandates across Retail business and corporate functions.

- Partner with CXOs, Business Heads and senior stakeholders to understand leadership talent requirements and define effective hiring strategies.
- Drive market mapping, talent intelligence and competitor benchmarking to identify high-quality leadership talent.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of senior professionals across Business, Risk, Credit, Finance, Technology, Operations, HR, Sales and other critical functions.
- Manage senior-level sourcing through executive search firms, professional networks, LinkedIn and industry mapping.
- Conduct preliminary candidate assessment and ensure strong alignment on leadership capability, cultural fit, career aspirations and compensation expectations.
- Own the candidate journey from identification through offer closure, negotiation and joining.




- Develop strong relationships with leadership talent and build a sustainable leadership talent pipeline for future requirements.
- Track and report hiring metrics including time-to-hire, source effectiveness, offer-to-join ratio and hiring quality.
- Partner with HRBPs and business leaders on succession planning and critical talent identification.
- Ensure confidentiality, governance and a high-quality candidate experience throughout the leadership hiring process.

Skills

Strong experience in Leadership / Executive Hiring within BFSI, NBFC, Banking, Financial Services or Consulting.
- Proven ability to independently manage CXO, Business Head, Functional Head and senior leadership mandates.
- Robust market intelligence and talent mapping capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Prior experience in BFSI/NBFC/Banking/Financial Services is preferred.

Should have handled senior mandates either in an in-house TA leadership role
