Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment team. This internship will provide hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding support. The intern will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to ensure a smooth hiring process.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and documentation requirements.
- Support the team in posting job openings on job portals and tracking applications.
- Assist in campus hiring initiatives and internship programs.
- Provide support in pre-onboarding activities, including document collection and verification.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Support the TA team with administrative and recruitment operations tasks.
Preferred candidate profile
Eligibility Criteria
- Pursuing or recently completed MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable organizational and coordination abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment tools is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
