1. Provide technical support for IT infrastructure, including desktops, laptops, servers, printers, and other IT equipment across the institute.
2. Monitor and manage network infrastructure, including LAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, and internet connectivity to ensure smooth operations.
3. Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, operating systems, and system applications.
4. Support the configuration and monitoring of firewall, VPN, and network security systems to maintain secure network access.
5. Perform troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network-related issues, and coordinate with vendors for repairs and maintenance.
6. Maintain system logs, infrastructure status reports, and documentation, and assist in ensuring the smooth functioning of institutional IT services.

Educational Qualification / Experience

- Diploma / B.Tech / BCA / B.Sc. (IT/Computer Science/Electronics) or equivalent.




- 2–6 years of experience in IT infrastructure support, networking, or system administration.
- Experience in server management, firewall configuration, network troubleshooting, and IT infrastructure maintenance will be preferred.

Certifications (Preferred): Industry certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Server Certification, RHCSA, or Fortinet Firewall Certification will be an added advantage.
