Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing
- Screening candidates and conducting initial discussions
- Coordinating interviews and follow-ups
- Maintaining recruitment trackers and candidate databases
- Handling multiple requirements and meeting hiring targets

Skills Required:

Good communication skills

Solid sourcing & follow-up skills

Recruitment experience preferred

Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
