Support Engineer is a technical skilled responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware, software, and network issues for customers or internal stakeholders. They act as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries, using remote desktop tools, ticketing systems, and direct communication channels to restore service and ensure system reliability.
Key responsibilities include installing and configuring IT systems, performing root cause analysis to prevent recurrence, and documenting solutions in knowledge bases.
Support
Engineers often collaborate with development and operations teams to escalate complex issues, automate routine tasks via scripting, and provide user training to enhance the overall customer experience.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
