Job Grade : Supply Chain Management - Manager

Purpose of the Position (Job Summary) :

To lead Domestic Sales Operations and CNF management by driving excellence in order management, inventory planning, forecasting support, and channel operations, ensuring productive sales execution, high service levels, and inventory optimization across domestic markets.

: Core responsibilities :

- Optimize FG inventory carrying cost and reduce stock ageing at Company & CNF.
- Reduce sales returns, damages & expiry losses through effective inventory management.
- Control commercial claims and ensure accurate, timely claim settlement across CNF & distributors.
- Support in implementing Commercial Policies, Process & Control.
- Support in profitability improvement through operational efficiencies (CNF handling, freight & storage cost).
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with CNF agents, distributors and field sales teams.
- Ensure superior service levels and timely order fulfilment to distributors serviced through the CNF network.
- Improve OTIF (On-Time In-Full) delivery performance across all channels at Company and CNF levels.
- Ensure timely resolution of distributor operational issues related to dispatches, stock availability and replacements. Act as the single point of contact for field sales teams on order status, stock availability and dispatch updates.
- Lead Domestic Sales Operations and order management processes.




- Manage FG inventory at Company warehouses and CNF locations to ensure optimum stock availability.
- Support demand forecasting and supply planning coordination on a CNF-wise basis.
- Monitor CNF operations, distributor hygiene standards and operational compliance.
- Improve operational efficiency through regular stock audits and go-down hygiene assessments at CNF locations.
- Conduct periodic performance reviews and scorecard evaluations of CNFs as per defined metrics.
- Monitor and control FG inventory ageing, excess stock and slow-moving inventory at Company and CNF levels.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in sales operations processes and automation.
- Lead and develop Internal Communication & coordination skill of back-office sales operation teams.
- Monitor & Support performance management and capability building initiatives.
- Ensure cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance and IT teams.
- Mentor teams on sales systems, reporting discipline and process governance.
