Supply Chain Manager – Healthcare

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to manage end-to-end supply chain and inventory operations for a healthcare project. The role will be responsible for ensuring the timely availability, storage and distribution of medicines, reagents, medical consumables and other operational supplies across multiple centres.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan demand and supply requirements based on centre consumption, stock levels, indents and operational requirements.
- Manage procurement, inventory availability and movement of materials to ensure uninterrupted centre operations.
- Oversee warehouse and stores operations, including receipt, storage, stock issue, transfer and distribution.
- Monitor medicines, reagents and consumables for stock levels, batch/expiry, storage conditions and movement.
- Manage GRN, inward/outward documentation, stock reconciliation and physical stock verification.
- Coordinate timely distribution of materials to assigned centres and minimize stock shortages and excess inventory.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Vendors, Logistics, Finance and Cluster Managers for supply-related requirements.
- Monitor inventory ageing, wastage, supply chain costs and inventory efficiency and identify cost-control opportunities.
- Prepare and maintain MIS covering demand,



inventory, procurement status, distribution, shortages, expiry and reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with approved storage, handling, documentation and inventory processes.
- Identify supply risks and develop contingency plans to ensure business continuity.
- Monitor supply chain KPIs and implement process improvements to improve operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Pharmacy or a relevant field.
- Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, hospital, diagnostics or medical supply-chain operations is preferred.
- Strong experience in procurement, inventory management, warehouse/stores and distribution.
- Experience managing multiple locations/centres will be an advantage.

Preferred Profile Candidates with experience in hospital, healthcare, pharmaceutical, diagnostics or medical supplies and hands-on exposure to inventory, procurement, warehouse operations and multi-location distribution are preferred.

Pay: ₹1,400,000.00 - ₹1,700,000.00 per year
