Job Purpose The Surveillance & Security Systems Manager plays a critical role in leading the safety, asset protection, and operational compliance across our premium doctor-guided wellness centers. This position oversees proactive multi-site CCTV surveillance networks, manages security infrastructure, and leads operational audits to ensure an elite, secure, and fully compliant environment for our premium clientele and staff.

Key Responsibilities

- Surveillance Infrastructure Management:

Oversee continuous live monitoring of multi-screen CCTV networks across all center locations to prevent unauthorized access, detect unusual behaviors, and mitigate safety hazards while enforcing strict data confidentiality protocols.
- Operational & Security Audits:

Conduct structured, real-time assessments of center environments to ensure compliance with risk management guidelines, security protocols, and luxury operational benchmarks.
- Safety & Regulatory Compliance:

Actively inspect clinic sanitisation protocols, room setups, and therapist environments to ensure full alignment with health, safety, and doctor-guided wellness standards.
- Security Systems & Equipment Verification:

Manage and verify the maintenance, calibration, and uptime of security hardware, alarm systems, specialized clinical equipment,



and monitoring tools to safeguard operational continuity.
- Incident Management & Reporting:

Lead the documentation of center traffic metrics, technical system faults, and security incidents, providing comprehensive analysis and direct reporting to executive leadership.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Experience:

Proven experience in managing security systems, CCTV control rooms, facility surveillance operations, or loss prevention within luxury hospitality, premium retail, healthcare, or wellness sectors.
- Technical Competence:

Proficiency in managing enterprise digital surveillance software, access control systems, alarm systems, and basic IT/hardware troubleshooting.
- Attention to Detail:

Sharp analytical and observational skills to identify subtle procedural deviations, security vulnerabilities, or environmental hazards instantly.
- Professional Discretion:

Impeccable ethical standards to handle high-profile guest footfall and sensitive security data with absolute privacy.
- Communication & Leadership:

Strong verbal and written communication skills to deliver structured operational logs, manage escalations, and seamlessly coordinate with on-site center managers.
