- Logistics Manager

Location: Turbhe

- Import &
- Export Management:

Lead international cross-border trade operations, customs clearances, tariff classifications, port handling, and compliance with global trade standards.

- Inventory &

- Yield Control:

Enforce FEFO/FIFO to minimize spoilage; track recipe costing and yields with executive chefs; run stock audits to keep 99 % inventory accuracy.

- Sourcing &

- Procurement:

Direct central buying for perishables, packaging, and equipment; negotiate vendor terms to optimize food costs; set up dual-sourcing to prevent supply chain disruptions.

- Regulatory Compliance &

- Standards:

Ensure strict adherence to food safety (FSSAI, HACCP, FDA), OSHA/EHS workplace regulations, labor laws, trade policies, and internal audit controls across all nodes.





- Warehouse &

- Facility Operations:

Set up and manage operations across DCs, FCs, and hubs using WMS to automate picking, packing, and receiving.

- Cold Chain &

- Logistics:

Oversee temperature-controlled logistics from vendor to kitchen to outlet; manage primary (port/factory to DC), secondary, and last-mile transport networks.

- Dispatch &

- Fulfillment:

Optimize route planning and fleet management to ensure high On-Time, In-Full (OTIF) delivery targets across all outlets.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per month
